「名義預金」とは 「将来のために、息子名義の口座に積み立てているけれど、 名義預金になってしまうのだろうか。」 お子さん名義の口座に、お年玉やお祝い金に加えて、 毎月少しずつ貯金されているという方は多いのではないでしょうか。 「名義預金」とは、亡くなられた方の名義ではないけれど相続財産に含め、 相続税の対象となる預金のことをいいます。 贈与税の申告 贈与税の申告等が必要な方 ［提出時期］ 贈与を受けた年の翌年の2月1日から3月15日までの間に提出して下さい。 なお、提出期限が土・日曜日・祝日等に当たる場合は、 これらの日の翌日が期限となります。 （提出する書類によっては、上記期間と異なる場合がありますので、 詳しくは税務署（資産課税部門（担当））におたずねください。） 申告と納税 贈与税がかかる場合及び相続時精算課税を適用する場合には、 財産をもらった人が申告と納税をする必要があります。 申告と納税は、財産をもらった年の翌年2月1日から3月15日の間に行ってください。
