スタンス
「スタンス」は仕事をするうえで、最 も基礎になるチカラ、「仕事力」の土台です。「働く」「仕事をする」といったことに対する「基本的な考え方」や「価値観」がその代表でしょう。「仕事に責 任を持って、真面目に取り組むべきだ」と考えている人のほうが、「仕事は適当に、要領よくこなせばいい」と考えている人よりも、継続して高い成果をあげる ことができます。また、「嫌だけれど、仕方なく仕事をする」と考えている人と、「仕事を通じて自分の成長を図りたい」と考えている人では、身につく「仕事 力」には大きな差が開くでしょう。 スタンスの形成には、持って生まれた「性格」、幼年期から青年期に至る「環境」、家族や身近な人の「職 業観」、それぞれの人が固有に持っている「興味・関心」「嗜好」などが大きく影響しています。一般的には20代の後半までに形成され、知らず知らずのうち に身についているものが多いようです。ですから、スタンスの形成には、初めて職業に就いた際の組織風土や、上司・先輩の影響が大きいと言われています。
仕事力の中核のトランスファラブルスキル
「トランスファラブル(transferable) スキル」とは文字通り「移動できるスキル」のことで、「ポータブルスキル」と呼ばれることもあります。いったいどこに「移動できる」のかというと、会社や 業界、そして職種の違いを越えて移動できるのです。 どんな業界で、どのような職種で仕事をするにしても、仕事をするために必ず必要とされ る「共通のスキル」がトランスファラブルスキルで、いわば、「仕事力」の中核スキルです。そして、トランスファラブルスキルは「対自己スキル」「対人スキ ル」「対課題スキル」3つの領域に分かれています。 このトランスファラブルスキルが充分でないと、どのように高い水準のテクニカルスキル を持っていても、組織の中でそれを発揮することができません。そして、このスキルの最大の特徴は、「実際の仕事を通じて身につけ、磨いていくスキル」 だということです。
シンクロニシティとは( synchronicity)
シンクロニシティとは、カール・ユングによって提唱された偶然的な一致の同時発生のことである。
日本語では『共時性』（きょうじせい）ともいい、心に思い浮かんだ事象と現実の出来事が一致すること、たとえば電話をかけようと思っていた友人から、こちらから電話をかける矢先に、約束していたわけでもないのに電話があった、など。通常の「因果論」（Aという原因のためにBという結果が発生した、という考え方）とは異なる。 ユングは社会のコミュニティの中で発生する連続的な事象と結果が同一となり得るのはコミュニティの外部や因果関係から発生すると唱えた。
ただしこれは「科学」とは認められていない。
「科学」の定義とは、数値に置き換えられることであり、再現が可能であることが必要最低条件であるため、シンクロニシティはこの定義に当てはまらず、「似非科学」または「疑似科学」に該当することになる。
日常生活でのシンクロニシティ
デジタル時計を見たら、11:11:11だった。
出かけるときに慌てていたため財布を忘れたことでいつもの電車に乗り遅れたが、その電車が事故にあった。
昔の同級生の話をしていたら、その同級生から電話がかかってきた。
傘を持って出かけたら電車の中に傘を忘れてしまい、駅に着くと同時に雨に降られた。
