Casablanca(film)
This movie is set
in unoccupied Africa during the early days of World War 2 ,1941.
This film is about
a man, An American expatriate Rick
Blaine and a woman Ilsa Lund who are in
love years earlier in Paris, and who
meets again In Casablanca ,with unforseen complicatins.
The hottest spot
in all of Casablanca is Rick’s Cafe American which is operated by Rick Blaine.
As a first
step, one of Rick’s regulars,Ugarte entrusts to Rick some letters of
transit.
These letters of
transit allow the bearer to travel freely around Geraman-controlled Europe and
to neutral Portugal, and to United
States.
As a second
step.Rick discovers his former lover Ilsa Lund in Casablanca with her hasband
,Victor Laszlo.
Victor Laszlo is a
resistance leader from Czechoslovakia ,and with Germans on his tail.
At the last
moment,Rick makes Ilsa board the plane to Lisbon with her husband Victor
Laszlo,telling her she would regret it if she stayed in Casablanca,” Maybe not
today,maybe not tomorrow,but soon for the rest of your life.”
Rick and Ilsa sacrifice
their love for a higher purpose.
In the end,Rick
can help Ilsa Lund and Victor Laszlo get out of the country.
