Span and Div
HTML is all about applying meaning to content. Whereas most HTML tags apply meaning (p makes a paragraph, h1 makes a heading etc.), the span and div tags apply no meaning at all, which might sound about as useful as a foam hammer, but they are actually used quite extensively in conjunction with CSS.
They are used to group a chunk of HTML and hook some information on to that chunk, most commonly with the attributes class and id to associate the element with a class or id CSS selector.
The difference between span and div is that a span element is in-line and usually used for a small chunk of in-line HTML whereas a div (division) element is block-line (which is basically equivalent to having a line-break before and after it) and used to group larger chunks of code.
This is crazy
div and especially span shouldn't actually be used that often. Whenever there is a sensible alternative that should be used instead. For example, if you want to emphasize the word 'crazy' and the class 'paper' is bold, then the code might look like this:

If you haven't got a clue about classes and ID's yet, don't worry, they're all explained in the CSS Intermediate Tutorial. All you need to remember is that span and div are 'meaningless' tags.

Block-Level vs. Inline Elements
A block-level element is an element that creates large blocks of content like paragraphs or page divisions. They start new lines of text when you use them, and can contain other blocks as well as inline elements and text or data.

An inline element is an element that define text or data in the document like STRONG makes the enclosed text strongly emphasized and Q says the enclosed text is a quotation. They don't start new lines when you use them, and they generally only contain other inline tags and text or data. Or they include nothing at all, like the BR tag.

There is also a third type of element in HTML - those that aren't displayed at all. Inline Formatting is Different from Block Formatting
One of the most common mistakes a newcomer to Web design makes is trying to set a width on an inline element. This is because inline elements don't have widths. That is, they do have widths, but the width is set by the container box.
Some other properties that inline elements ignore include:
•width and height
•max-width and max-height
•min-width and min-height
Note: IE incorrectly applies some of these properties even to inline boxes. But you shouldn't rely on that to remain, as it's not standards compliant. So if you need to define the width or height that an element should take up, you need to apply that to the block-level element containing your inline text.

一眼レフカメラは撮像素子が大きい
撮像素子って何？
撮像素子（イメージセンサー）とはレンズに写った画像（つまり光）をデジタル信号に変換する部分・・・（簡単に言うとフィルムの役割）のことで、これが高性能かどうかで画質は左右されます。いわばデジカメで一番大事な部分でもあります。
撮像素子が大きく高性能なほどデジカメの価格も高くなります。
画質の良し悪しは画素数ではありません。
フルサイズ（35mm判サイズ）
35mmフィルム型の撮像素子は、高画質撮影、低ノイズ撮影ができます。デジタルカメラが普及する前のいわゆる35mm判フィルムと同等の大きさです。
この大きさの撮像素子を搭載した一眼レフカメラはハイアマチュアやプロ仕様のものが多く、値段も数十万円です。超高画質でボケやすく憧れのカメラです。
APS-Cサイズ
APS-Cサイズの撮像素子は、中級機や入門機で一般的に出回っている一眼レフカメラの撮像素子です。これでもかなりの高画質で撮影できます。
フォーサーズ・マイクロフォーサーズ
オリンパスやパナソニックなどから発売されているマイクロ一眼・ミラーレス一眼カメラに使われている撮像素子は、APS-Cよりひとまわり小さいフォーサーズやマイクロフォーサーズという規格サイズがあり、ミラーレス一眼カメラの撮像素子はこれくらいのものが多いです。
1/2.5型サイズ
この小さい撮像素子は、1～3万程度で売っている一般的なコンパクトデジカメなどに使われている撮像素子です。5年前の500万画素の一眼レフと最新型1300万画素の携帯のカメラでは、画質は一眼レフに圧倒的大差で軍配が上がります。画素数が多くても高画質ではありません。

Footprints in the sand by Mary Stevenson
One night a
man had a dream. He dreamed
he was walking along the beach with the LORD.

Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene he noticed two sets of
footprints in the sand: one belonging
to him, and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him,

Posting a video from YouTube
If you've got your own videos on your computer that you want to share on your blog, Blogger now allows you to upload videos directly!
If you'd like to share a video from YouTube, you can do that, too.
Embedding a YouTube Video
To embed a video from YouTube, just follow these simple steps:
1.Click on the "Share" button underneath the YouTube video.
2.Select "Show more," and then click on the Blogger icon.
3.Depending on whether or not you're signed in to your blog, you might have to enter in your username and password in the new window that pops up.
4.At the top of the new window, choose the blog you would like to post to from the drop-down menu.
5.Publish your post!
Alternatively, you can copy the embed code and paste it into your blog.
Just click on "Share" and then on "Embed" to find the embed code.
Copy the code, then paste it into your blog while on the "Edit HTML" tab (as opposed to the "Compose" tab).

Basically, one person initially creates the blog, then adds other people to it as members.
Team members can either be administrators or not.
Administrators can edit all posts (not just their own), add and remove team members (and grant admin access), and modify the blog's settings and template.
Non-admins can only create and edit their own posts.
Here's how to add members to your blog:
First, find the "Permissions" section under Settings | Basic.
Then click Add Authors:
Next, type the email addresses of the people you're inviting to the blog, separating each address with a comma.
They'll receive an email with a confirmation link soon.
Note that they must have Google Accounts, and if they don't already, they'll be prompted to create one.
