I joined the Kuwana hiking bus tour a week ago last Sunday.
About 80 people perticipated in it.
Not surprisingly,There are more females than males.
We went to Yokoyama viewing platform in Sima Peninsula.
The deck is located 203 meters above the ground.
Also we went to Konpirasan viewing point at Goza.
At both site,Feeling the air of the sea, we can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the island and the sea.
We stop by an Ama experience-based or hand-on center along the way.
Ama means women divers.
They are serving appetizing dishes at reasonable prices.
For your infomation,Ise lobster cource meal is 5500yen per person.
Unfortunately,as we didn't enough time,we didn't eat them.
Next time I'll try it.

Everyone holds opinions about the type of person that they are. These opinions are at the heart of self-esteem and they affect how you feel about and value yourself. Self-esteem is not static and fixed; your beliefs about yourself can change throughout your life as a result of circumstance and experience.
If you have low self-esteem these beliefs will often be negative. You may focus on what you feel are your weaknesses, and mistakes that you have made.

偏執病 へんしゅうびょう
（偏執症、パラノイア、英: paranoia）は、精神病の一種で、体系だった妄想を抱くものを指す。
「現代はパラノイアとも言えるほどの管理社会だ」
パラノイア
強固で体系化した妄想が持続するものをいいます。
妄想の内容は被害妄想（ひがいもうそう）、誇大妄想（こだいもうそう）、恋愛妄想（れんあいもうそう）（ある人から愛されているという妄想）などいろいろで、1つのテーマの妄想をもとにして、周囲の出来事をどんどんそれに関係づけていき、妄想が広がっていきます。妄想に基づいて、訴えをおこしたり、人とトラブルをおこすことも少なくありません。

アンビバレント ambivalent
両義的・両価的。一つの物事に対し、相反する価値が共に存し、葛藤する状態のことをいう。二律背反。
特に精神医学の分野では、一定の人物、対象、状況に対し全く相反する感情、態度、考えを抱くこと(例えば同一人物を愛し同時に憎むこと)をさし、病因論での重要な概念の一つになっている。
ムック 日本の出版業界の造語で、雑誌（magazine）風の本（book）を指す。 雑誌のようにシリーズ化されていてページ数は少ないが、それぞれの本のテーマが決められ書籍のように製本されている。
