opposite number,on the horizon,a tight schedule

1) Do you enjoy working to a tight schedule or do you prefer having plenty of time to complete a job?
2) Are there any issues on the horizon in terms of work or education that are likely to affect you?
3) Do you think it's a good idea to get to know your opposite number in other companies to compare working conditions?

A) We're used to working to a tight  schedule   and have never missed a deadline yet.

B) Apparently, the company have got problems on the horizon but they aren't taking steps to deal wiith them.

C) I've been told that my  opposite  number at Mateways is being paid twice as much as me.
